	The Obnoxicator is probably one of the most annoying devices known to mankind.  It is essentially a modified Radio Shack bullhorn with a digital delay inserted into it's audio signal path.   Full plans to build your own are here.

	The obnoxicator was inspired by Ed the Clown at Burningman 1998.  Ed is a bullhorn master capable of amusing and irritating great masses of people at the drop of a single phrase.  Creating the Obnoxicator was a means to allow mere mortals to attempt to achieve the level of annoyance that Ed the Clown is capable of creating, at will. 	There are many many Obnoxicators around nowdays.  I've personally converted over twenty bullhorns. Some folks that I've build Obnoxicators for... Mr. Paba "rOcKo" Phree sports a helmet mounted Obnoxicator with a custom effects device, modified by Mr. Foo. Carl "The Chef" also enjoys a helmet mounted Obnoxicator with battery power on a side holster.  His setup allows for complete freedom when acoustically assaulting with the dij.
